How many days does it take to ship a product?

We are 'Made To Order', and hence time to dispatch may vary from product to product. Normally, we would require 25-30 working Days. You may reach us at, email, info@misri.in or Whatsapp us at, +91 9870246763, so that we can assist you with the appropriate details for the product. 

Please Note:- Post Shipment, the courier takes somewhere around 3 to 5 working days to deliver the item within India. 
For International shipping, 7 to 10 working days.

Do you ship items globally?

Yes, we ship worldwide

What are the Shipping Charges?

• Standard Shipping Charges Within India for one garment is INR350
• Standard International Shipping Charges for one garment is estimated at INR3500, beyond which per garment would be charged additional INR500

Do I have to pay the Custom Duty Charges?

Yes Custom Duty Charges are to be borne by you since, 'Every time when an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country's rules and regulations'.

Can I order for COD (Cash On Delivery)?

Yes COD is now available however 30% advance payment is required to confirm and process your order.

Is COD available for International Order?

Is there an Express Delivery (Shipping Within 24-48 hrs)?

Yes, we do have Express Delivery. Kindly reach out to us at   +919870246763, to check for the product availability.

Do you offer Customization?

Yes, customization is possible in terms of colors, adding sleeves and other minor customization. For additional customization, you can contact us at   +919870246763 or email at info@misri.in. However there is an additional 15% charge for Bust Size above 40.

How do I get my outfit altered?

We generally keep a 4" margin in all our custom made outfits. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However if anything major comes up we would be happy to assist you. Please note that any alterations post 1 month of delivery is chargeable. For more details, you can contact us at   +919310744514

Is there a Return/Exchange or Refund for a Product?

We have NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE policy. It is advised to check for your size requirements before you make a purchase order as garments are made to order.
